Ingredients
- Chickpeas -200g
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice-2tsp
- Salt-1tsp
- Garlic-4
- Cumin-2tsp
- Tahini paste-2tsp
- Water
steps of making
- Add some olive oil ,garlic ,tahini paste,salt ,cumin and grind this things together until its become smoother.add some water or the chickpeas water for desired consistency.
- Soak chickpeas in water over night and boil it in a pot of water for 2 hours .we can see that become more soft .takeout into a plate and drain the water contained in it.Then remove its skin .
- Put this chickpeas into a blender and also add little water and process very well.
- Add more salt depending your taste only if required.
- Serve this into a bowl and decorate it with celery and olive oil on the top.
