- Roast cashew nut and raisins.
- Roast semiya or vermicelli.
- Boil milk.and add roasted semiya into this.
- Add sugar and cardamom into this and cook for 6 minute in low flame.
- Serve this into a plate.and garnish with the cashew nuts and raisins.
