Kozhi ada -chicken ada-savory meat pockets recipe
Chicken is the main ingredient.Mainly it contains only two steps. First is making the fillings then making the chapathis .then arrange them in the shape and fry it in oil .Simple to make and tasty to have .Its crispy in nature .The steps are below.
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Green chilly
- Garlic
- Maida
- Oil
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Onions
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger
- Chilly powder
- Turmeric powder
- Water
Steps of making
- Clean the chicken and cook the chicken with water ,salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder .aftet that knead the chicken well .
- Hot a pan and add the chopped onions,chilly,garam masala,smashed ginger ,garlic and roast them until its changes its colour.
- Add the cooked chicken into the mixture for few minutes.
- make small maida chapathi by using water ,maida ingredients .
- Fill the mixture into the small maida chapathis and fold them in the shape and seal it and pres the edges by fork.its make the design and shape is like in the picture.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the kozhi vadas and deep fry in this oil.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and onions .
