THis is a common dish in every functions.Another recipe by chicken and its simple recipe .Everyone can try this simple spicy recipe in a little time .Do not require any artificial colouring or food taste flavours .If you need more soft chicken you can add one eg during marinating the chicken .

Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken
  2. Onions
  3. Capsicum
  4. Chilly powder

  10. Tomato sauce

  12. Ginger paste

Steps of making


  • Clean and wash the chickens and place  beside .
  • Add Chilly powder, Corn flour, Turmeric powder , Salt, Garlic paste , Ginger paste , Vinegar and mix the ingredients very well and take aside for 30 minutes .It will help to mix up the ingredients with chicken.
  • Hot a pan and fry this chicken in low flame.Dont fry too much .Just fry them half. 
  • Add chopped onions and when it changes brown in colour add chopped Capsicum, Pepper powder  , Tomato sauce , Chilly sauce, Soya sauce ,Green chillies and add  required  amount of salt after checking  it. Cook them for 10 minutes  in low flame .Add the fried chicken into this and mix well and again cook for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with Curry leaves and serve into bowl.

  • Take a cooker and add chakkakuru ,Turmeric powder,Salt and cook for 3 whistle.

  • Put the chakakuru we prepared before into this pan and mix all ingredients well.Your chakakuru upperi is ready now .

Steps of making

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker .
  • Add sliced tomatos and onions into the cooker .Cook them for a while and also stir and saute them til its change into  soft and  in colour to golden .
  • Then add finely chopped small onions and garlic, ginger paste and green chillies  into this and  saute well till its  softened.
  • Next step is adding the spices into this .First add the coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder and garam masala  and stir the whole ingredients and cook these on a gentle flame till aromatic .
  • Add curry leaves and coriander leaves  into the masala  and  stir well.stir the all ingredients very well.
  • Add the cleaned and washed beef pieces into the masala we prepared stir well  and add required amount of salt  and mix all ingredients .
  • Add little amount of water into this mixture and stir well.Close the cooker and pressure cook this on high flame  for 2 steam whistle .
  • After steam whistle open it and gently pour this beef curry into a serving bowl and have fun.

Ingredients

For the cappuccino cake 

  1. Butter-250g
  2. All purpose flour-1 cup
  3. Sugar-250g
  4. Eggs-4
  5. Baking powder-1/2 tbsp
  6. Baking soda-280g
  7. Yogurt-150ml
  8. Strong coffee-50ml
  9. Cocoa powder-1tsp

For the whiping cream

  1. Cream
  2. Instant coffee dissolve in warm water
  3. Icing Sugar

Steps of making 

  • Take a bowl and add 280g of baking soda and 1/2 tbsp of baking powder and 150ml of plain yogurt .
  • Take a mug and add disolve 1 tbsp of instant coffee with hot water. Also add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into this and mix them.
  • Beat the butter ad sugar first into  a bowl until its combined.Add eggs into this one at a time.Then add half cup of flour into this and beat well.Then add 3 tsp of cocoa powder and add some yogurt into this and beat the mixture.Add the remaining flour into the mixture and beat well.
  • Add the coffee we made before into this mixture and beat the whole ingredients well.
  • Pour this mixture into a baking tin and preheat the oven for 175deg and  bake for around 30 minutes.

For Whipping cream

  • Whisk the sugar and coffee together until frothy using a blender or by  hand.By this process the suagr will begin to dissolve in this .
  • Add the cream into this and beat well until the cream makes soft peak  forms.
  • Store it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Assembling

  • Cut the cappuccino cake in round shape as 3 parts .
  • Take a plate and put it upside down form then put some cream on the  plate .
  • Take the first portion of the cake and add some whipping cream we made before over it .then put the next portion of the cake then cake .and do this process and finally pour some  caramel over it and garnish with some grated chocolate and fresh cream .


This is a kerala malabari style chicken  dum biriyani.Its tasty ,spicy and yummy biriyani recipe.The difference is that its a fried chicken dum biriyani .Dum biriyani means a process of chicken and rice are cooking in fire charcoals in a pot .The upper and lower parts  of the pot with the fire charcoals and cooking  without flame  for the final few minutes .

Steps of making 

Chicken fry


  • Wash and rinse the chicken .
  • Add chilly powder ,turmeric powder,Ginger garlic paste,lemon juice  and required  salt  into the chicken and  mix the ingredients well.
  • Fry them in  hot oil in low flame .

Chicken biriyani

  • Heat a biriyani pot and add 500g of ghee into this.
  • Then when the ghee melt Add 1.5kg of onions into it .stir well til the onion turns a golden in colour.
  • Add 500g of tomato into this and again stir well.
  • Sprinkle required amount of salt into it and mix the ingredients well.
  • Add  1/2 cup of garlic paste and ginger paste and  mix well.
  • Add 1/2 cup of green chillies into this and stir well.
  • Next step is adding the powders.First add 1 spoon of turmeric powder ,2 spoon of garam masala, 2 spoon of coriander powder , 1 spoon of  chilli powder, 1 spoon of black pepper powder and gently add 1cup of curd into this and mix well.
  • Add  the mint ,coriander leaves  and add chopped curry leaves .Then add more  salt into this again after checking your salt level.Then mix the all ingredients together .
  • Add 3kg of fried chickens into the prepared masala  and mix the all ingredients together.
  • Wash and rinse the rice with water .
  • Boil 3 litre of water in a pot and add 3 spoon of turmeric powder(only if required more yellow colour).Add 3 cup of chopped carrots and rice into this boiled water.When the rice done drain the exces water contained in the rice .
  • Add lemon juice into the masala and add the rice into the  chicken masala .Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Add some cinnamon over it and cover the pot for 15 minutes and add some fire above the cover of the pot this process is called 'dum process'.make sure that there is no flame  under the  pot.
  • After opening the cover ,mix the rice and chicken masala together and serve the hot tasty yummy malabar fried chicken dum biriyani.Garnish with cashew nuts,raisins and fried onions.

kilikoodu,birds nest,fry ,snack,,vermicelli

This is a malabar special food item .Looks similar to birds nest.Here is two types of kilikoodu.first one is simple to make .the second one is little tough.it requires to make the masala first .by the way its  a simple  snack item.i like the second method.because i love spicy foods more .try it.

Kilikoodu Method 1

Ingredients

  1. Vermicelli-1 cup
  2. Egg-2
  3. Quail eggs-6

Steps of making

  • Boil the quail eggs in water .
  • Fry the vermicellis in a  pan .
  • Take egg yellow in a bowl .
  • Take one boiled quail egs then dip them in egg yello then put it in hot oil .then fry them in low flame until its become light brown in colour .

Kilikoodu(spicy) Method 2

Ingredients

  • Potato mashed -1  cup(5 potato)
  • Cooked  small Chicken pieces -1 cup
  • Green chilly-5 no
  • Onion-2 no
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger  paste -1tsp
  • Garlic paste-1tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Fennel seeds-1tsp
  • Chilly powder-2stp
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1tsp
  • Coriander powder-2tsp
  • Pepper-2tsp
  • Salt-2tsp
  • Lime juice-2ts[
  • vermicelli-1 cup
  • Oil

Steps of making

  • Hot a  pan and put some oil .
  • Add the fennel seeds first .then add onions into this and stir well.when the onions become brown in colcour add the chopped green chillies,ginger paste and garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves and stir well.
  • Next step is to add the powders .First add pepper powder,chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder,salt  and turmeric powder.
  • Add the  small  cooked chicken  piececs  into this and  mix them well.Then sprinkle 1tsp of lime juice into this and  finally add the mashed potatos into this and mix well.cook this for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Allow to cool for few minutes .make small balls using these mixture .
  • Spread some vermicelli in a plate and beat an egg and pour into a bowl.
  • The final step is Assembling.For this purpose dip the chicken masala balls in beaten eggs first and coat it generously with vermicelli .
  • Hot a pan and add oil then fry the vermicelli coated balls in it and fry both sides until its become brown in colour.serve into a plate after removing the excess oil from it.

This is a simple naan recipe .Everyone can make this at home very fast.This naan is prepared on tawa .Its required only  7 ingredients.The time required to make this is less.but allowing the dough to smooth and soft is taking minimum 2 hours .
                       This naan making without yeast.if required we can add it .For further we can add egg or any kind vegetables for making it attractive.This naan is served with butter chicken .The combination become really perfect.below the recipe just try .

  • Take a bowl and add 2 cup of maida and add baking soda,salt,sugar,curd and oil then mix well.add some warm water to knea the dough .add little by little water and knead the dough well.
  • Put little oil on the top of the dough and keep this for 2-3 hours in a warm place .
  • Pour some maida on hands and make small balls using this dough .
  • Take the small balls and put this in maida .then make naan using a roller.Now its ready to place on tawa.
  • Hot a tawa and place  the naan on tawa and partially cook this.flip both sides .
  • Take this naan out of thawa when its become browned in colour and charred.Apply some butter over and serve with your favourite curries .here it served with butter chicken .

Butter chicken or chicken makhani is an indian dish .This is a famous well known indian dish all over the world .Typically its like kuruma type.Now its served not only in india .many other countries adopted this dish .It can prepare hot or mild depending the taste.
                          The preparation is very simple .First step is to making the tandoori chickens.marinating the chicken in yogurt and spices for several hours and fry them in oil or tandoor  .then making the  gravy with the tomatos and cream .then putting the chciekns in this gravy outputs a spicy tasty yummy bautter chicken .This is my favourite recipe ever.Check it out the steps below and make a try

steps of making

Frying

  • Wash and clean chicken and cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of yogurt ,2 tsp of salt ,2 tsp of curry masala,2 tbsp of chilly powder ,and 2tsp of cinnamon powdered.
  • Marinate the spice mix on the chicken and keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Hot a pan and put some oil .Then fry the marinated chicken pieces  in low flame .
  • Keep aside the chicken til the masala ready.

Gravy

  • Hot a pan then add 2tsp of butter and allow to melt it.
  • When the butter becomes brown in colour add the cloves,green cardamom ,maze,chopped onions and when its colour changes add  the chopped tomatos into this and stir well.
  • When this mixture become little cooked turnoff the flame and put this mixture into a blender and process well.
  • Hot an another pan and put some butter.when its changes ts colour to brown add the chopped ginger and chopped green chillies.then stir well .
  • Then add blended tomato mixture into this and put some salt and kashmiri chilly powder and stir the mixture very well.
  • When the raw smell of the tomato becomes nil add the fried chicken pieces into the mixture and allow to cook this in low flame for 10 minutes .
  • After that add one cup of fresh cream into the gravy and mix well.serve into a plate garnished with coreande1r leaves.
