Jackfruit or chakka is a seasonal fruit .Its only available during a specific season september through december.Jackfruit is my moms and my brothers favourite fruit.But i dont like to ate this fruit tooo much.We dont have a jackfruit plant.So we collect this from our moms home .This jackfruit is of two types varikka chakka and koozha chakka .

- Chakkakuru
- Cardamom
- Chilly powder
- Curry leaves
- Green chilly
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Small onions
- Garlic paste
- Oil
Steps of making
- Take a cooker and add chakkakuru ,Turmeric powder,Salt and cook for 3 whistle.
- Take a pan andput some oil first then add chopped small onions,Garlic paste ,Green chilly and stir well.Also add curry leaves .
- Put the chakakuru we prepared before into this pan and mix all ingredients well.Your chakakuru upperi is ready now .
