Thyru Chammanthi recipe
This is a special dish its named thyru chammanthi.We can make this dish as a side dish for biriyani kind foods.We always make chammanthis and thyru separately for occassions.To think differently i made this tasty dish with simple steps.The mixing of the thyru and chammanthi gives a tasty yummy yogurt dish.Everybody will love this dish and the main avantage of the dish is we can reduce the plate of serving thyru and chammanthi separately.Shortly we can call this "Two In One" :)Ingredients
- Grated coconut
- Salt
- green chilly
- Onion
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Yogurt
- Green chilly
- Small onions
Steps of making
- Take a blender and add grated coconut ,green chilly,salt small onions and blend for 5 minutes.
- Take a bowl and add one cup of yogurt and add chopped onions,tomato,cucumber,carrot and mix well.
- The final step is mixing .Add the blended coconut mixture into the yogurt contained bowl and mix well.Garnish with Coriander leaves and have fun :)
