- Bitter guard
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green chilly
- Curry leaves
- Mustard
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Water
- Chilly powder

Steps of making
- Wash and cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
- Slice tomato ,onions ,Green chilly into small size and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add some oil first . Then add little amount of mustard into this and crackle the mustard seeds.
- Add the sliced onions ,tomato ,bitter gourd,green chilly in to the pan and stir well.
- Next steps is adding the spices . Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and add required amount of water to cook this bitter gourd and cook for about 10 minutes until the water disappear.
- Add some curry leaves to garnish.
