Ingredients

  1. Bitter guard 
  2. Tomato 
  3. Onion 
  4. Green chilly
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Mustard
  7. Turmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. Water
  10. Chilly powder
  11. Oil

Steps of making

  • Wash and cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Slice  tomato ,onions ,Green chilly  into small size and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in  a pan and add some oil first . Then  add little amount of  mustard into this and crackle the mustard seeds.
  • Add the sliced onions ,tomato ,bitter gourd,green chilly in to the pan and stir well.
  • Next steps is adding the spices .  Add chilly   powder, turmeric powder and salt and add required amount of water to cook this bitter gourd and cook for about 10 minutes until the water disappear.
  • Add some curry leaves to garnish.
