Ingredients
- Beans
- Turmeric powder
- Red chillies
- Mustard
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Ginger paste
- Onions
- Water
- Oil
- Chilly powder
Steps of making
- Cut the beans into small equal size and wash very well under water.
- Hot a pan and put some oil and crackle the mustards in it .
- Add the chopped beans into the pan along with the sliced onions .Then after few minutes add the garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder and mix the whole things together.
- Add required amount of water and close the cover of pan.
- When the water contained in it becomes dry add the curry leaves and red chillies then serve into a bowl.
