For gulab jamun 

  1. Bread-16
  2. Milk-1 cup

For sugar syrup

  1. Sugar-1/2 cup
  2. Water--2 cup
  3. Cardamom-5

Steps of making

Sugar syrup

  • Hot water with cardamom and  sugar .
  • Cook the sugar syrup on fire til its reach the consistency.
  • Takeout from the fire and keep aside.

Gulab jamun
  • Remove the sides of bread slices .
  • Crush the bread slices .
  • Add milk and mix well.
  • Take some oil in hands and make  small gulab jamun balls by hands .
  • Hot oil in a  pan .
  • Add the balls and fry them in low flame til its reach the brown golden colour.
  • When they become golden  take out from pan and add it to the sugar syrup .
  • Let themsoak in the sugar syup about  2 hour .
  • Serve the tasty sweet gulab jamuns with the sugar syrup.

Steps of making

  • Cook  sliced kappa in a pressure cooker for 4 whistle  with some salt and water 
  • Make small balls with Hot  water,wheat flour  and salt  keep aside  .
  • Take a small bowl of water and add 2 tsp of wheat flour .then mix well and keep aside . 
  • Hot a pan and first add some  mathi fish curry gravy and fish without the fish bones and add the prepared wheat  balls  first and stir well .
  • Add the prepared wheat flour water into this and stir well.After some time add the cooked  tapioca and mix well.If required more spice  add 1tsp of pepper powder and stie well  .
  • Serve the hot spicy fish chelaaki into a serving bowl and garnish with curry leaves .

  • Slice the banans in round shape  and keep aside .

  • Onion is first boil  in some water and then grind into smooth paste. then Hot some oil in a pan and add the onion paste first.

  • Adding the garlic paste,ginger paste,sliced green chillies ,cardamom ,salt,pepper powder into this pan and mix well using a tawa .
  • Next  add the yogurt.it reduce the thickness taste of the spices .just check your taste and add more salt and pepper powder if required.
  • Finally add 1 cup of water and stir well.Then add the cleaned washed chicken pieces into this and again just mix everything and add the urryleaves,mint leaves ,coriander leaves.
  •  Close the pan and cook  about 15 minutes in low flame .

    Steps of making

    • Add salt and baking powder  into the egg  mixture and beat highly using a beater or spatula .
    • Add orange zest into this and mix well.then add maida into this and again whisk  well.Add one small cup of milk,vanilla essence  into this and whisk well.

    • Hot a pan and add half cup of fresh orange juice.

    Ingredients

    1. Salt-1tsp
    2. Baking soda-1tsp
    3. Vanilla essence -1tbsp
    4. Vinegar-1tsp
    5. Cocoa powder-2tsp
    6. Egg-2 
    7. Sugar-250g
    8. Plain flour-280g
    9. Butter-110g
    10. Butter milk-225ml
    11. Red food colouring gel-tbsp
    12. Cream cheese

    Steps of making

      • Take a bowl and some plain flour ,cocoa powder and salt into it and mix well.
      • Take an another bowl and some butter and whisk very well till its become creamy. Add  sugar into this little by little and continue whisking .Add eggs into this one at a time  and whisk all very well.Add vanilla extract into the mixture and mix well.
      • The next step is mixing up the both dried and wet mixes.Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and whisk very well till its smooth.Add prepared butter milk into this and red food colour gel into this mixture and whisk till smooth.
      • Take a cake tin and spread some butter over it and place  a butter paper .
      • Take a small bowl and combine vinegar and bicarbonate .Then add this into the batter mix and fold into cake mix.
      • Take a cooker and spread  some butter  inside .Also melt some butter  and pour this into the cooker .
      • Pour the cake mix into the cooker directly or place the cake mix in a tin and place in the cooker .
      • Take off the whistle of the cooker and cook for about 35-40 minutes.
      • Test whether the cake is done after 35 minutes with a toothpick.if its comesout clean it means the cake is ready otherwise  bake for 5 more minutes .
      • When its baked Take it out and allow to cool in room temperature.

      Assembling

      • Take the cake and cut it into 3 different parts horizontally.
      • Then take the first piece and put some sugar syrup on it and then spread the cream on it and then some cherries.then middle layer syrup then cream and then  cherry.
      • Then the final layer .put syrup on it and add the pending full cream on it and spread it on top as well as sides.then make it smooth.
      • Keep the cake in freezer for 10 minutes 
      • Finally over the tops and sides of the cake with the cream cheese and decorate with the crushed cake portions in the top.
