Ingredients
- Chicken-1/2 kg
- Cashew nut paste
- Badam paste-1/2 cup
- Water-1 cup
- Pepper powder-4tsp
- Salt-3tsp
- Green chillies-6
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Mint leaves
- Corn flour-3tsp
- Yogurt-2tsp
- garlic paste
- Ginger paste
- Onion paste-1 cup
- Cardamom-4
Steps of making
- Onion is first boil in some water and then grind into smooth paste. then Hot some oil in a pan and add the onion paste first.
- Next adding the cashew paste and badam paste.both pastes are made by blending them with some water .
- Adding the garlic paste,ginger paste,sliced green chillies ,cardamom ,salt,pepper powder into this pan and mix well using a tawa .
- Next add the yogurt.it reduce the thickness taste of the spices .just check your taste and add more salt and pepper powder if required.
- Finally add 1 cup of water and stir well.Then add the cleaned washed chicken pieces into this and again just mix everything and add the urryleaves,mint leaves ,coriander leaves.
- Close the pan and cook about 15 minutes in low flame .
- When its cooked well serve into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriande leaves.
