- Chickpeas-250g
- Salt-2tsp
- Pepper-2tsp
- Green chillies-3
- Coriander leaves
- Egg-2
- Onion-1
- Turmeic powder-1tsp
- Mayyonaise
Steps of making
- Pressur cook chickpeas with turmeric powder ,salt and water .after cooking drain the water from it and keep aside .
- Add 2 eggs into a pan and stir well and keep aside .
- Hot a pan and put some oil .Roast the finely chopped onions and green chillies and stir slowly til its change its colour to light brown.
- Then add the cooked chickpeas into this and sprinkle pinch 1 tsp of salt ,2 tsp of pepper powder ,roasted eggs and 1tsp of mayyonaise .
- Finally put some coriander leaves on the top .
