Ingredients

  1. Fish-1/2 kg
  2. Water-1/2 litre
  3. Chilly powder-3 tsp
  4. Tomato-2
  5. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  6. Salt-1tsp
  7. Small onions-4
  8. Green chillies-4
  9. Coriander powder-2tsp
  10. Oil-
  11. Garlic-4
  12. Ginger-1 small 
  13. Curry leaves
  14. Tamarind pulp

Steps of making 

  • First step is the preparation masala.Blend  chilly   powder, turmeric powder,coriande powder with 1/2 cup of water.
  • Take a pan and first add the masala  we prepared .Then add the tamarind pulp and add chopped tomato,small onions,green chillies ,garlic  ginger and curry leaves  .Then mix them well by hands.
  • Put this masala  pan in flame and cook for about 5 minute  and add the cleaned washed fish into this  and again cook for about 10 more minutes.
  • When its done take out from flame and keep aside.
  • Hot oil in  a pan and add Chop small onions  ,garlic ,curry leaves  and  fenugreek and stir well and put this  into the curry we preapared and serve the hot spicy masala curry into a serving bowl .
