Ingredients
- Carrot-2 cup
- Milk powder-1/2 cup
- Sugar-1/2 cup
- Butter-250g
- Cashewnut-5
- Dates-2
- Cardamom powder-
Method
- Heat butter in a pan and add grated carrots and saute them about 10 minutes in low flame .
- Add milkpowder into this and mix well.again cook for some more time.
- After some time add sugar ,cardamom powder and mix gently.
- Allow to cool in refrigerator about 1 hour .
- Garnish with dates and cashews .
