- Spinach-1cup
- Grated Coconut -1/2 cup
- Salt-1 tsp
- Green chillies-4
- Small onions-3
- Oil-2tsp
- Mustard-1tsp
Method
- At first chop and wash cheera and dry the water and keep aside.
- Next is the preparation of coconut chammanthi.Process grated coconut with small onions,green chillieS and salt and keep aside.
- Hot a pan and pour 2 tsp oil then crackle some mustard.
- Add the cheera first and add the prepared coconut chammanthi into this and mix well.Close the pan about 10 minutes and your cheera upperi is ready .
