Ingredients
- Milk-500ml
- Semiya-1cup
- Cashew nut
- Raisins
- Cardamom powder-2tsp
- Salt-1tsp
- Sugar-4tsp
- Ghee-2tsp
Method
- Boil milk in a pan about 10 minutes.
- Add semiya and add 4tsp of sugar,1tso of salt,2tsp of cardamom into it and stir well until semiya gets cooked.
- Hot a pan and add 2tsp of ghee and roast the cashews and raisins.
- Finally add the roasted cahews and raisins into the semiya milk mixture and mix well.
- Serve the hot semiya kheer into a bowl and have fun.
