- Carrot-1/2 cup
- Cauli flower-1/2 cup
- Beans-1/2 cup
- Corn flour-3tsp
- Salt-1tsp
- Pepper powder-2tsp
- Water-2cup
- Coriader leaves
Method
- Pressure cook the finely chopped vegetables carrots,cauli flower,beans with 1tsp of salt and 1tsp of pepper powder.Also add 2 cup of water into this .
- After pressure cook , collect the water contained in the pressure cooker by a sieve and put the vegetables into a bowl.
- Hot a pan and add the vegetables and the sieved water .Next add corn flour ,salt and pepper powder .
- Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and slow cook about 5 minutes .
- Serve the hot tasty healthy vegetable soup into a bowl.
