Ingredients
- Mango-3
- Green chillies
- Salt-4tsp
- Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
- Mustard-1tsp
- Vinegar-1tbsp
- Asafoetida-1/2tsp
Steps of making
- Slice managoes and dry them two days by putting 4tsp of salt .
- Hot a pan and crackle some mustard in oil.
- Add 1 1/2 tsp of chilly powder and add the dried mangoes along with green chillies .Then stir well.
- Finally add some vinegar and asafoetida then mix slowly and close the pan about 5 minutes .allow to cool and preserve in bottles .
