Ingredients
- Tomato-4
- Green chillies-6
- Chilly powder-4tsp
- Salt-2tsp
- Turmeric powder-2tsp
- Water-1/4 cup
- Curry leaves
- Mustard-1tsp
- Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and crackle some mustard.
- Next add the sliced tomatos and add a pinch of salt.It makes the cooking more easy .Then close the pan till the tomato gets cooked well.
- Add the sliced green chillies and add the spices,chilly powder,turmeric powder and mix well.Add more salt f required.
- Next add 1/4 cup of water and add curry leaves.Close the pan about 10 minutes and serve this this with dosha and rice .
