Ingredients
- Rava-1 cup
- Cashew nut
- Raisins
- Water-2& 1/2 cup
- Sugar-1 cup
- Ghee-1/2 cup
- Colour-4 pinch
Method
- Roast rava in low flame. when its colour start to change, trasfer it to a plate.
- Take a pan and add 2 and /2 cup of water and add 4 pinch of colour and mix well.
- Put the roasted rava little by little into the water and stir well.
- Next add some sugar into this and mix well.
- When the water fully drain add put some ghee and mix well.
- Garnish with cashews and raisins.
