Golgappa Ingredients
- Semolina-1cup
- Maida-2tbsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Baking soda-1/4 tsp
- Water
Method to make golgappa
- Take semolina ,maida,baking soda ,salt in a bowl .
- Add little water into this for making the dough .
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the cloth and again knead again .
- Divide it into small parts and roll into a roti shape .
- Make small round puris by using a small lid .
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them in low flame until it become crispy .
Pani Ingredients
- Mint leaves-1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves-3/4 cup
- Ginger-1 inch
- Green chillies-2
- Salt-as required
- Water-2 cup
- Cumin powder-1tsp
- Tamarind water-1tbsp
- Sugar-1tbsp
Method to make green pani
- Take a blender and add the mentioned all ingredients such as mint leaves,coriander leaves,ginger,green chillies ,salt,cumin powder,tamaind water,sugar.
- Add little water and grind to a fine green chutney .
- Move this chutney into a large bowl and add 2 cup of water into this .
Ingredients of stuffing
- Potato-2
- Onion-1
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin powder-1tsp
- Chilly powder-1/4tsp
- Salt-as required
Method to make stuffing
- Boil potatos .Then peel them and chop them.
- Chop onions into small size .
- Take a bowl and add the potatos,onions,coriander leaves,cumin powder and salt .
Assembling panipuri
- Crack the puri.
- Add 2 tsp of the potato-onion mixure first .
- Stir the green pani and add little into this .
