Chocolate mug cake recipe in cooker and oven
Ingredients
- Coco powder-2 tbsp
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Baking powder-1/2 tsp
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Egg-1 no
- Milk-2tbsp
- Salt-1 pinch
Method
In oven
- Take a mug and add all the dry ingredients together (coco powder,salt,baking powder).Whisk all the dry ingredients very well using a spoon.
- Next add the wet ingredients (oil,milk) and whisk well.
- Microwave it for about 2 minutes.
In cooker
- Take a mug and add all the dry ingredients together (coco powder,salt,baking powder).Whisk all the dry ingredients very well using a spoon.
- Next add the wet ingredients (oil,milk) and whisk well.
- Take a cooker and carefully place a sieve or an idli stand first inside the cooker .This avoids the direct contact of cake mug with the cooker base and high heat .
- Now keep the cake mug on top of sieve and close the cooker lid.Make sure that you removed the cooker whistle .After cooking it in 10 minutes switchoff the stove and keep aside for 5 min.Do not open the cooker .
- After 5 minutes open the cooker and take it out the mug and let it cool down for 2minutes.
