Ingredients
- Bread crumbs-10 no
- Milk-1/2litre
- Vanilla essence-2tsp
- Sugar-3tbsp
- Eggs-3 no
- Sugar-2tsp(for caramelization)
- Water-1tsp(for caramelization)
Method
- First process is the caramelization.Melt 2 tsp of sugar in 1 tsp of water .When it turn into brown off the flame and keep aside.
- Boil milk in a pan and add 1 cup of bread crumbs,sugar,vanilla essence,egg and mix well.
- Hot some water in a pan and put the caramelized bowl first.Next add the pudding mixture into his bowl and wrap it with aluminium foil paper.Cover the pan and cook about 40 minutes .
- After 40 minutes remove the pudding from the bowl and refrigerate about 2 hours and serve .
