Ingredients
- Fish-2
- Red chilly powder-2tsp
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Salt-1tsp
- Banan leaf
- Garlic cloves -7
- Curry leaves
- Small onions-6
- Garlic paste-1tsp
- Ginger paste-1tsp
- Oil-2tsp
Method
- Clean and wash fish very well.
- marinate fish with garlic paste,ginger paaste,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,oil and leave for 10 minutes.
- take a banana leaf and place the fish in it .
- Add the chopped garlic,small onions and curry leaves on it and wrap the banana leaf and tie by a small rope .
- Hot a pan and put the banana fish in it .flip in between
- Cook about 15 minutes both sides .
- When the banana leaf fully charred remove it from the pan and place in a plate and sere the fish along with rice or something you like to have .
