Ingredients
- Fish-1 big
- Red chilly powder-3tbsp
- Salt- as required
- Turmeric powder-1tbsp
- Coriander powder-2tbsp
- Rice powder-2tbsp
- Oil-for frying
- Vinegar-3tbsp
For garnishing
- Lemon-half
- Curry leaves-1/4 cup
- Onion-1/2
- Tomato-1/2
- Green chillies-8
Method
- Take a bowl and add the red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,rice powder,vinegar and make a smooth thick masala paste .
- Marinate the fish with the prepared masala and keep aside for about 5 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan and add deep fry the masala marinated fish in low flame.Flip them in between.
- Serve this into a plate and keep aside.
- Hot a pan and roast some green chillies and curry laves in little oil.
- Sprinkle the green chillies and curry leaves on the top of fish and garnish the plate with grated tomatos ,onions and half of lemon.
