- Rava-3/4 cup
- Onions-1
- Tomato-1
- Green cilly-5
- Mustard-1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Water-1 1/2 cup
- Oil-2tsp
- Ginger-2tsp
- Garlic-1 clove
- Coriander leaves
- Cashew nuts
- Salt to taste
Method
- Roast rava in a pan is the first step .Add little by little rava and make sure that its fully roasted then keep aside .
- Take a pan and pour some oil .Next crackle some mustard in it.
- Add the chopped onions and stir well.Add pinch of salt. this make the onions easily get cooked .
- Next add sliced tomatos,curry leaves ,coriander leaves,garlic,ginger ,green chilly and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the water and bring the mixture to boil.
- Finally add the roasted rava into this and mix well.
- Cover it with a lid and cook in low flame
- Turn off heat and move into a plate and garnish with more curry leaves ,cashew nuts. .
