Next add sugar and again grind well.(You can either use milkmaid or sugar and the sweetness level is determine by this sugar .So add more if required).

All purpose flour (Maida)-2 cup
Semolina-4tsp
Yogurt-2tsp
Sugar-2tsp
Salt-1tsp
Baking soda-1tsp

Method
Take a bowl and add maida , semolina, yogurt,sugar , salt, baking soda, oil, water and mix the whole ingredients together and make a smooth dough.
Cover it with a wet towel for 1 hour.
Make small laddu size balls and flattened them using a rolling pin.
