Ingredients


  1. Orange-1kg
  2. Sugar-3tsp
  3. Gelatin-10g
  4. Hot water-1/2 cup
  5. Pomegranate( for  garnishing)

Method

  • Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water and  stir well.
  • Take some seedless oranges and grind well. 
  • Next add sugar  and again grind well.(You can either use milkmaid or sugar and the sweetness level is determine by this sugar .So add more if required).
  • Then strain the  juice .

  • Add the gelatine into this and mix well.
  • Move this into a glass bowl and add 1 lemon juice .Mix well using a spoon.
  • Refrigerate this for 2 hours .
  • Garnish with pomegranate seed.

                      Bhatoora is a north indian and pakistan recipe.Main ingredient is the maida .Making a smooth dough is the first step of preparing bhaturas.Making small balls and flattening the balls and  frying them in oil is the next step .This is a simple recipe that   everyone can prepare at home .

Ingredients


  1. All purpose flour (Maida)-2 cup
  2. Semolina-4tsp
  3. Yogurt-2tsp
  4. Sugar-2tsp
  5. Salt-1tsp
  6. Baking soda-1tsp
  7. Oil as required
  8. Water as required

Method

  • Take a bowl and add maida , semolina, yogurt,sugar , salt, baking soda, oil, water and mix the whole ingredients together and make a smooth dough.
  • Cover it with a wet towel for 1 hour.
  • Make small laddu size balls and flattened them using a rolling pin.
  • Hot some oil in  a pan and deep fry the bhatooras until its puffs up and turn golden in colour .
  • Serve the hot bhatooras with chana masala .

                              This is a simple chicken shawarma recipe that can be prepared everyone at home . Only simple procedure is required.Cooking the chicken and vegetables is the only required procedure.Final  assemble the chicken filling and kuboos. Mayyonaise is the tasty ingredient of this shawarma .

Ingredients

  1. Chicken-1 kg
  2. Finely chopped carrot-2
  3. Finely chopped onion-5
  4. Mayyonaise-250g
  5. Finely chopped Green chilli-8
  6. Salt to taste 
  7. Cabbage-1/2
  8. Finely chopped tomato-3

Method

  • Mix all the finely chopped    vegetables (carrot, tomato, onion, green chilli) in a bowl. Keep aside  1 bowl of vegetables.
  • Hot a pan and pour some oil.Add the mixed vegetables into it and saute well.Take out into a bowl and keep aside .
  • Hot another pan and add some oil.Add the cleaned chopped chicken and cook about 15 minutes.
  • Crush the chicken and add the cooked and Non cooked vegetables mix well.
  • Add mayyonaise ,salt into this vegetables and  mix well.
  • Take   one kuboos  and  put some fillings on it .Roll the kuboos. OR fill the chicken mixture in between two kuboos and serve .

Ingredients


  1. Cashewnuts
  2. Raisins
  3. Sugar-4tsp
  4. Banana-3
  5. Egg-4 nos

Method

  • Roast chashewnut and raisins .
  • Chop the bananas into small pieces. and keep aside.
  • Beat 4 eggs in a blender and add 4tsp of sugar and again beat well . keep aside .
  • Hot a pan and add some ghee.
  • Roast the banana in ghee about 7 minutes .
  • Add the egg mixture into this and mix well.
  • Close the pan about 10 minutes in medium flame .
  • Next upside down the banana cake into another pan and cook both sides.
  • Serve the tasty sweet banana cake .

Ingredients


  1. Rava-4tsp
  2. Milk-1/2 litre
  3. Sugar-3tsp
  4. Cashewnut
  5. Raisins
  6. Egg-3
  7. Grated coconut-2tsp
  8. Vanilla essence-2drops
  9. Cherry

Method

  • Hot a pan and add milk,sugar,rava and mix well.Cook till the mix becomes thick .
  • Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add grated coconut and vanilla essence .
  • Add the egg mixture into the cooled milk mixture and mix well.
  • Make caramel syrup in a bowl .Add roasted cahews and raisins for garnishing.  
  • Pour the mixture into the caramalised bowl and cover with foil paper.
  • Take some water in a pan .Put the bowl in the water and cook about 30 minutes .
  • Allow to cool after 30 minutes .Then refrigerate for 2 hours .
  • Serve it on a plate upisde down .

Ingredients

  1. Milk-1/2 litre
  2. Sugar-1 cup
  3. Boil Vermicelli-1 small bowl
  4. Basil seed-3tsp
  5. Rose syrup-3tsp
  6. Strawberry gelly

Method

  • At first boil some milk.Once the milk comes to boil add sugar .Then boil milk about 4 minutes.
  • When the milk is boiled turn off the stove and refrigerate it for about 1 hour .
  • Add 3tsp of rose syrup into the milk  and stir well.
  • Next is the assembling .First add the basil seeds that soaked in water about 1/2 hour .
  • Next add little amount of the cooked vermicelli .
  • Next add some gelly .
  • Next add the milk that contain rose syrup.
  • Finally add some scooped ice cream on the top.

  2. Green chilly-3
  3. Curry leaves

Method

  • Peel and slice tapoca and Pressure cook tapioca with salt and water  for 4 whistle .When its done remove tapioca from  pressure cooker and dry the excess water from it .Keep side .
  • Hot a pan and make egg omelete and slice them .
  • Hot a pan and pour some oil.Crackle some mustards first.
  • Add the onions and saute them little time .
  • Next add the tapioca into this pan and add the other ingredients pepper powder ,salt,Green chilly  ,coriander  leaves and finally add the egg fries and mix all the ingredients very well.
  • Serve the hot spicy tapioca  alone and have a nice day

Method

  4. Roasted Rawa-2cup

Method

  • Take a bowl and  add rawa,pepper powder,salt,green chilly and make a thick dough by adding milk as needed.
  • Take some dough and dip them  first in  egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Hot some oil in  a pan and deep fry them until it turn gold in colour.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup

Dosha

Method

  • Mix grated coconut and sugar in a bowl and keep aside .
  • Add maida ,salt,egg in a bowl and mix well.
  • Then add enough water to make a  thin batter .
  • Hot a pan and spread some oil and pour little batter and spread it thinnly.
  • Flip them in between using a spatula.
  • Remove to a plate and fill this dosha with the grated coconut and sugar mixture .

Method

  • Slice the breads in circular shape and remove the sides
  • Fry the breads  in hot oil .Flip them in between and take it  out when both sides are done .
  • Next is the preparation of sugar syrup.
  • Hot some water and add 2 cup of sugar in it and boil well till its reach its consistency.
  • For garnishing this Pour the sugar syrup on the fried breads and sprinkle some crushed chocolate biscuits.
