Ingredients
- Cashewnuts
- Raisins
- Sugar-4tsp
- Banana-3
- Egg-4 nos
Method
- Roast chashewnut and raisins .
- Chop the bananas into small pieces. and keep aside.
- Beat 4 eggs in a blender and add 4tsp of sugar and again beat well . keep aside .
- Hot a pan and add some ghee.
- Roast the banana in ghee about 7 minutes .
- Add the egg mixture into this and mix well.
- Close the pan about 10 minutes in medium flame .
- Next upside down the banana cake into another pan and cook both sides.
- Serve the tasty sweet banana cake .
