Bhatoora is a north indian and pakistan recipe.Main ingredient is the maida .Making a smooth dough is the first step of preparing bhaturas.Making small balls and flattening the balls and frying them in oil is the next step .This is a simple recipe that everyone can prepare at home .
Ingredients
- All purpose flour (Maida)-2 cup
- Semolina-4tsp
- Yogurt-2tsp
- Sugar-2tsp
- Salt-1tsp
- Baking soda-1tsp
- Oil as required
- Water as required
Method
- Take a bowl and add maida , semolina, yogurt,sugar , salt, baking soda, oil, water and mix the whole ingredients together and make a smooth dough.
- Cover it with a wet towel for 1 hour.
- Make small laddu size balls and flattened them using a rolling pin.
- Hot some oil in a pan and deep fry the bhatooras until its puffs up and turn golden in colour .
- Serve the hot bhatooras with chana masala .
