Ingredients
- Chicken-1/2kg
- Onions-3 no
- Garlic paste-1tsp
- Ginger paste-1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder-3tsp
- Pepper powder-2tsp
- Green chillies-8
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Maida-1 cup
- Hot water-1/2 cup
- Samosa strips
Method
- Pressure cook chicken for 1 whistle.
- Hot a pan .Pour some oil.Add sliced onions and saute them .Add some salt it will make saute the onions more faster .
- Next add chopped green chillies ,turmeric powder ,pepper powder , garlic paste,ginger paste , curry leaves and coriander leaves .
- Next add the chicken pieces into this and saute well.Allow to cool in a bowl and keep aside.
- Take a bowl and add some maida and hot water and make a gum paste .
- Take one samosa stripe and fold them like cone shape and fill the strips with the chicken masala mix .
- Finally close the edges with maida gum paste.
- Hot some oil in a pan and deep fry the samosa until it turn golden broen in colour .
- Serve this into a bowl and have with tomato ketchup or chammanthi.Have fun :)
