Boiled grape juice, recipe , Fresh  Grape juice ,smoothie,healthy

Ingredients

  1. Grapes-1/2 kg
  2. Water-1/2litre
  3. Sugar-4tbsp

Method

  • Wash grapes well.
  • Take a pan and add water ,grapes and sugar .Boil about 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool about 10 minutes.
  • Grind these boiled  grapes in a blender and  pour it into a sieve and press with  a spoon.(to discard the seeds and skin)
  • Serve this into a  glass and garnish with crushed oreo  biscuits.
